Is anybody else getting the Christmas bug?
November 8th, 2010 Posted in Uncategorized | Comments OffIt seems crazy but I cant help but get excited for the holidays as soon as November hits. If you have never experienced Christmas in the Northwood’s its a must! I have to say I think winter has become my favorite time of the year Up North! So many of the charming little towns we have in the area do such a wonderful job capturing the spirit of the holidays! Â
I have three little girls that are already asking me to get the Christmas decorations out. I think I may have to start hanging the lights this Sunday! Its seems so wrong though when it’s still 60 degrees outside… although I bet thats what they feel down south! It seems as my daughters get older… now 7, 5 and 2… the more I have to decorate! I am finding I am enjoying it more so every year! I will keep you updated on the area’s events if you want to come to the area and see what a Northwood’s Christmas is all about!!Â

How do I choose?
February 18th, 2010 Posted in Uncategorized | Comments OffIt is time again for me to upgrade my digital camera again. This is really a key tool in my marketing. Taking great photography is the most crucial aspect of marketing my listings. I use and abuse my cameras so they only seem to last me about 3 years. My budget always remains about the same and it amazes me how much better the cameras get for the same amount of money. I know, I know, that’s the way it works but it still amazes me.
I am now looking at upgrading to a professional line camera, which does scare me a little. I dont really have time to engulf myself with the ins and outs of professional photography but they seem to have simplified even the professional line ones. I may have to take some classes but I am still very excited about how this amazing gadget can take my ( already great
)photography to another level. Its crazy and overwhelming all the differernt brands and models out there. What did we ever do before the internet! I feel I finally, well almost; who am I kidding I will never really get my arms around this but I will be pulling that trigger soon. And I cant wait to use it! Wish me luck!

The Market is Heating Up!
January 26th, 2010 Posted in Lake Properties | Comments OffIt may be January up north but its officially Spring in the Northwoods. The waterfront property in Northwest Wisconsin market is starting to heat up! I have been busy showing lake property the last couple of weeks. I have been involved in a competing offer situation on a cute cabin on the lake and congratulations to my buyer for being the winning bidder! The prices are great right now and the sellers seem motivated so don’t wait and miss out on your opportunity to get a piece of the Northwoods!
